Journey logs – GOV.UK

Up to date fundamental journey log type and part 1 further sheet.

From 1 January 2025, you will need to submit proof of the aim of your export or transit journey as a part of your journey log utility for cattle, sheep, pigs or goats (not horses or different equines). Insert your proof verification code from the related nationwide livestock affiliation into part 1, field 8, on the journey log type. APHA will solely approve a journey log if happy that the journey is for a permitted objective.
