In 1992, Jan Jaap Roelevink, proprietor of Premium Petfood Manufacturers, first began producing and advertising and marketing natural pet meals beneath the Yarrah model title. In 2012, Roelevink offered Yarrah to Vendis Capital and in 2017 the firm was resold to AAC Capital.
